Comparison is a dangerous game to play. These days with social media giving you a glimpse into everyone’s lives and phones with cameras so good some people don’t even own cameras anymore you might be lead to believe that everyone is living a perfect life.

One of your friends posts a picture looking effortlessly gorgeous with her family coordinated in complimenting colors at an amazing location you’ve always wanted to go. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but it’s just a snapshot. You aren’t getting the full story with that photo.
