Attention all Kindness Challenge participants!
This will be the main post of the challenge for organization purposes. All important posts will be linked below to make it easy to navigate as the challenge moves forward so be sure to bookmark this post!
Please read through this the first time and then just use the links at the bottom as needed. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments, I’ll be happy to answer them.
Each week, there will be a post with the prompt for the week and exercises for you to incorporate the prompt into your life. At the end of the week, bloggers will post a reflection and link back to the prompt post or drop a link in the comments. You choose the day you publish your reflection post at the end of each week. Make sure you have notifications enabled otherwise your link back won’t appear in the comments, click here for help to check your settings. If you are participating via social media, feel free to leave your reflections in the comments of the prompt post each week or update to social media and use the #revofkindness tag.
Please take this at your own pace. If you have to repeat a week before moving on, please do so. If you want to continue to practice a previous prompt as you move forward in the challenge, that’s fine as well. It’s a journey not a race and we should each go at the pace that feels best for us.
While it’s never too late to start, I recommend starting the challenge in the order listed below as each week leads to the next.
Thank you for helping to raise the tide!
Links will be added as posts are published. If it’s not clickable, we haven’t made it that far into the challenge yet.
